Nicole DiMaggio is an associate in Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s New Jersey office. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in May 2024.

During law school, Nicole gained hands-on experience as a law clerk, where she focused on insurance defense matters. In her final year, she also participated in Widener’s Inside-Out Program, an immersive initiative that brings law students together with incarcerated individuals to examine issues surrounding crime, justice, the criminal legal system, and incarceration.

Prior to joining Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, Nicole clerked for the Honorable Craig A. Ambrose in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County.

Nicole focuses her practice on general liability and insurance defense.
