Francis is an associate at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s Philadelphia office. He received his B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Temple University in 2015 and his J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Francis served as the Managing Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and was a Law and Public Policy Scholar.

Prior to joining Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, Francis worked for a Philadelphia-based plaintiff’s litigation firm. During law school, Francis interned for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, and interned for the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, Aviation and Admiralty Section.
