Damaris is an Associate in Reilly, McDevitt, & Henrich’s New Jersey office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Dillard University in 2021 and received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2024.

During law school, Damaris gained experience in both law firm and in-house settings, working on matters involving civil litigation, employment law, family law, and corporate contracting. In her final year, she volunteered with Community Legal Services, assisting pro bono attorneys in representing low-income individuals.

Prior to joining the firm, Damaris served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Sherry L. Wilson, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County.

Damaris currently serves as a Board Member of a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families impacted by systemic barriers through education and community-based initiatives.

Damaris focuses her practice in the areas of general liability, toxic tort litigation, and product liability.
