Christopher M. Emrich is an associate in Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s New Jersey office, focusing his practice on general liability, insurance defense, and asbestos litigation.

Christopher earned a B.A. in American Studies from Rowan University in 2006 before attending Rutgers-Camden School of Law. During law school, he served as the Symposium Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and was part of the first-place team in the Rutgers-Camden Hunter Moot Court Competition before graduating with a J.D. in 2009.

Mr. Emrich completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Lawrence P. DeBello in the Family Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey before entering private practice, where he has represented both individuals as well as employers and their insurance carriers.

Mr. Emrich is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
