Noah is an Associate at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s Philadelphia Office. Noah earned his B.S. in Economics and Finance from West Chester University in 2022. Noah earned his J.D. from the Widener University Delaware Law School, where he graduated cum laude in 2025. During law school, Noah was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society and participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Noah is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Noah joined Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich as a law clerk in the Philadelphia office in his third year of law school. Following law school, Noah returned as a law clerk to Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich. Prior to joining the firm, Noah worked as a legal intern for the New Castle County Council and the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel.
